I got a message today but it wasn't a direct message. When i went into my settings to look at my reputation marks, on the top of the screen was what looked like a message but it said "New visitor message" I read it which was rather rude but now i can't get it back to respond. I remember the name but can't seem to find the username listed on the forum.

I see that you deleted it already. In https://www.city-data.com/forum/profi...do=editoptions you can limit visitor messages to just friends and moderators.

Ok thanks. i see this person newly subscribed today and the same time of his subscription was my message. I did figure out how to delete it but wasn't sure where or how it got to me. I'll play around with my settings and edit that. Thank you.
