Well, I self requested one multiple times. But I kept coming back, thus the screen name . You can also get banned for generally breaking the rules non stop.
Are all people who are listed as "Not a member" under their name banned?
Nope. Some of them requested their accounts to be closed, for others it may be a second account which we don't allow here, lost password, private issues etc.
