I am having the strangest problem with posting pictures on another member's thread and I wonder if someone is available to help me figure this out:
I posted some comments on a thread started by karen_in_nh_2012: "this is why I have to constantly fluff pillows." Right after that I started a picture album for myself, downloaded two pictures and posted them to her thread.
The problem is that I can see the pictures in her thread but she can not, and another poster said he could not either!
How can this be? I thought I did the posting properly, but is there something I missed?

I am trying to figure out how to post a picture from my computer... no luck yet but I will keep trying.
You can not post a picture directly from your computer. It must be posted somewhere on the internet. You can post them on your albums here.
I can see your picturea just fine in this post:https://www.city-data.com/forum/32562951-post17.html You created that as a (Private Album) so only you and moderators can see the images... I changed your album to Public, but to do that it had to be rename, so it is now Cat pics 2 instead of Cat pics
It should work now.

I did post those pictures by first saving them on my computer and picking them up while in City-Data. You seem to be saying that's not possible, but I would invite you to try it and see what happens!
