I could have sworn that in the past, after reporting a post as problematic (rude, copyright violation, or whatever), there was a confirmation screen. Now when I report a post it takes me immediately back to the post/thread -- no confirmation that the report went through.
Am I remembering wrong about the "confirmation screen" or did something change? Or is it a glitch on my system and my reports aren't going through?

No, I've never seen a confirmation screen after submitting a report. And your report did indeed appear in the "Reported Posts" forum that Mods use, so no worries on that count.
I'm one of those who takes the time to report violations of TOS and I'm sure I've never received a confirmation screen for doing so.
Sometimes I wonder if the report actually gets to the Reported Posts forum, but the only time I know for sure is if the Mod who deals with the issue sends me a Rep.
So I just think of it as the same as giving a Rep: we don't know if it arrives, but we hope it did.
Sorry, I must have been thinking about some other forum! Or I'm getting senile.
