I would note that one of the strong values of CD is one can often find out where not to go or what not to do.

I agree, getting that information here, is preferrable to me than Yelp or other rating sites (where the goal is to increase your rating values, not necessarily the content). I had a post deleted due to my references on a business changing their appointment policy, which was the ultimate reason for their loss of my business. I suspect there's no line between a negative review and a customer complaint, they are considered one and the same.
