It used to be that if you clicked the scales on your own post to give a reputation comment, you'd get a pop up message saying you can't rep yourself.
Now, if you click the scales on your own post, if you haven't received any reps on that post, you'll get a note saying so and also saying what your rep count is. If that post did receive reps, it'll open up like it usually does when you can enter a rep comment, but it will show the reps that you received for that post! Plus it tells you your rep for that post is positive and tells you how many rep points you have total. Cool feature - thanks Admin!
As far as I know its always done this........ (On another VBB site i just discovered clicking "Your Posts" shows me all threads I HAVE POSTED IN and the activity status on them since my last visit.... (I hadnt ever clicked it before and didnt know what it did (I thought it was NEW but it wasnt (Ah man!!))))
As I explained - it hasn't always done that here. It used to give a different pop up - one that just said you can't rep yourself. Tonight I was going to rep someone and I clicked my own post right above hers by mistake. That's when I saw how the process has changed. Just thought it was pretty neat and that others might think so too

I'm not sure when this was done but it's been around a while. It is a nice feature and good of Toosie to bring it to everyone's attention. Some features I've even forgotten about and need reminding of. Yes, it used to just say you cannot rep yourself or something to that effect. Remember when we had less smilies available? Yes, thanks Administrator!
