How Does One File a Complaint About a Moderator?

One in particular seems to delight in making sarcastic editorial remarks to other posters, goading them, and often even deleting their comments and wantonly closing threads without due cause. The administrator's profile suggests we contact the mod directly instead of the admin but how can that solve the problem of an abusive mod?

Okay, thank you! I haven't seen that caveat but I will attempt to contact "Yac or Marka" or both.
