I had the worst experience ever. After checking in, when i was given wrong room 3 times, and being convinced by receptionists that the rooms are the right ones (rooms that i was given were hotels storage rooms), i was also being robbed. All my money was stolen from a room. After that trying to talk to manager, which took me 2 days, i was told that it was mistake made by receptionists who put wrong number in a system, so basicly anyone would have an access to it! salvation of the problem - NON! Being a tourist they knew i will eventually have to leave the resort, after that they forgot everything. DONT STAY IN THAT HOTEL, even when doing police report, police mention that its known for thefts.
