All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. FOUND MISSING HANDLES ON THE FIVE HOT HOLDING UNITS COVERS. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE SAME. REMOVE CARD BOARD/PAPER FROM THE BOTTOM SHELVES PREP TABLES AND ALL SHELVES IN THE WALKIN COOLER. THIS COULD PREVENT POSSIBLE INSECT HARBORAGE AT THE PREP TABLES. CHEST REACHIN FREEZER TOP IS IN POOR REPAIR. REPLACE SAME.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. DEFROST AND CLEAN THE REACHIN FREEZERS THICK WITH ICE BUILDUP. CLEAN THE TOP,SIDES,INSIDE THE COOKING EQUIPMENT, HOOD ABOVE AND THE REACHIN COOLERS,ALL STORAGE SHIELVES IN THE WALKIN COOLER AND IN THE PREP AREA THICK WITH DIRT BUILDUP.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. CLEAN UNDER AND BEHIND THE COOKING EQUIPMENT.

I love everything Pete was a great guy he treated me and my girlfriend as people even though we were homeless i give them 10 stars
