All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN ALL STORAGE SHELVES AND MAINTAIN. CLEAN UNDER COUNTER INSIDE STORAGE CABINETS.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. CLEAN AND MAINTAIN FLOORS IN WASHROOM AND UNDER ALL FOOD STOCK SHELVES.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. REPLACE DAMAGED CEILING TILE IN WASHROOM. REMOVE DUST FROM VENT FAN IN WASHROOM AND MAINTAIN.
Ventilation: All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health. VALVE AT HANDSINK IN WASHROOM FOR COLD WATER LEAKING AND HAS BEEN TURNED OFF DUE TO LEAK; INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR LEAK SO THE SINK HAS COLD RUNNING WATER.
INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE STANDING WASTE WATER IN MOP BUCKET AFTER USE. INSTRUCTED ON PROPER STORAGE OF WET MOP AFTER USE; MOP HEAD SHOULD BE STORED UPRIGHT TO DRY.
