Observation: The nonfood contact surface of the Wood Composite Paneling is not corrosion resistant, nonabsorbent, and/or smooth.
Correction: Nonfood contact equipment that is exposed to splash, spillage, food soiling, or requires frequent cleaning must be smooth, durable, and nonabsorbent.
- Non-Food Contact Surfaces
Observation: The nonfood contact surface of the griddle, range hood and ice well have accumulations of grime and debris.
Correction: Clean the surface at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues that become encrusted or attract insects and rodents.
- Physical Facilities in Good Repair
Observation: The floor is not maintained in good repair. Observed peeling caulk around the floor.
Correction: Maintain physical facilities in good repair. Poor repair and maintenance compromises the functionality of the physical facilities.

Observation: Observed Green Beans and Farm Cheese cold holding at improper temperatures. Product containers were buried in ice to correct by rapid cooling.
Correction: Relocate food to a refrigeration unit that is capable of maintaining food storage at 41°F or below.

Observation: Cleaned and sanitized utensils not handled, displayed, or dispensed so that the food- or lip-contact surfaces are protected from contamination

- Critical: Plumbing - Approved System and Cleanable Fixtures*
Observation: The plumbing system serving this food service facility has not been designed, constructed, and installed according to the Plumbing Code. Plumbing for water system to generate hot water not connected/operational. Alternative system established to correct on site and provide hot water for hand washing and ware washing.
Correction: EHS will confer with his/her supervisor, determine scope of possible contamination of the water supply, and refer the matter to the building official's office.
