Complaint Notes: Discussed with the store manager about the sanitation protocols, the trash and grease collection, query on Pest Control/rodents activity, I went over the restaurat invoices, and evidences of malpractices were found with 5critical violations and 1 non-critical. I suggested to correct these violations within 5days (criticals) and 45 days non critical.
