Correction: Provide a data plate for the warewashing machine that lists the machine's design and operating specifications. Install the data plate on dishmachine prior to using machine.

Observation: A direct connection exists between the drain line of the sanitizing basin of the 3-vat sink and the sewer line.
Correction: Eliminate the direct connection between the sewer line and the cited equipment. To be corrected within 30 days.
