Spoke with the Certified Food Manager (CFM) regarding the following: 1) Provide a complete consumer advisory on all pages of the menu that identifies foods that may be served as raw or undercooked. 2) Retrain employees on handwashing and employee personal hygiene (tobacco use in the food prep area and drinking beverages in the food prep area - repeat observation 3) Multiple card boards used on the fryers and under the fryers to catch oil by way of absorption 4) Multiple employee foods stored along with consumer foods in all refrigeration and freezer units
