Observation: Wall behind and under 3 compartment sink noted in need of cleaning.
Correction: All floors, walls, and ceilings must be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean. Cleaning of the physical facilities is an important measure in ensuring the protection and sanitary preparation of food. A regular cleaning schedule should be established and followed to maintain the facility in a clean and sanitary manner.

Observation: Dead or trapped roaches were found in the control device. The facility has had an ongoing issue with roaches throughout the year and are regularly being treated and inspected by public school pest control service. I recommend that this service still continues regularly even once the school is closed for the summer in order to prevent any build-up of pests over the summer, which I have been told was an issue the previous year.
Correction: Remove dead or trapped birds, insects, rodents, and other pests from control devices and the premises at a frequency that prevents their accumulation, decomposition, or the attraction of pests.

Correction: Part has already been ordered and will arrive on Tuesday to repair the leak.Repair the ice mahcine to restore a state of condition that allows for proper operation, accuracy, functioning, maintenance, and cleanability per Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter. If unable to repair the ice machine, replace it with one that meets the specifications of Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter.

Ceiling vents and wall mounted fan will be cleaned during the summer. Several table legs are in need of repainting. Hem or replace frayed pot holders. Discussed the cooling logs and steps to improve the process. The refrigerator on the line has an increased interior temperature due to the usage during the lunch periods, potentially hazardous foods are not stored in the unit for greater than four hours and the records indicate the unit does operate properly. Overall the kitchen is clean and well maintained.
