Permit, tax registration, certified food manager certificate all posted conspicuously. Certified food manager (CFM) present spoke to him regarding transfer. Business hours 10am - 12pm. Spoke with CFM regarding proper hot/cold holding, exclusion and employee health policy. No follow-up inspection.
