    Observation: Ham, turkey, chicken salad & tuna salad in prep cooler bins at improper cold holding temperatures
    Correction: Relocate food to a refrigeration unit that is capable of maintaining food storage at 41°F or below.

    Observation: The cook's prep cooler opposite the fryers is out of temperature 44 degrees.
    Correction: Repair the unit to maintain food at 41 degrees or less.
