Ed must acquire his Washoe County Certificate by 09/20/12 and post his official Washoe County certificate on site in snackbar.Bring your ServSafe certificate; your picture ID and $32.00 to Washoe County Health District located at 1001 E Ninth Street in Reno. Go to building B upstairs in Environmental health. Failure to comply will result in a reinspection fee. Ed Maldonado will call health inspector when this has been completed. This is a repeat request from 2011.

NOTESHot-dogs are prepared in main snackbar under the supervision of the Certified Food Protection Manager. Facility has push-carts that occasionaly operate during the year. No food preparation occurs on the carts; in addition; all food is prepared in main snackbar. Carts are only used to dispense prepared hot-dogs and pre-packaged snacks. Ok to close Health Permits on push-carts per Supervisor Dave McNinch. Carts have very LIMITED use throughout the year.All handsinks and restrooms properly stocked with sanitary towels and soap.Discussed three-compartment sanitization procedures; all procedures checked ok.Two-door reach-in refrigeration units observed at 37 degrees; freezer units checked at 0 degreesnote:please provide new reach-in refrigeration gaskets on two-door refrigeration units by next annual inspection.
