Observation: Milk, raw shell eggs, and other Potentially Hazardous Foods (PHF) are unsound or adulterated. Foods out of temperature in the upright cooler for an unknown period of time.
Correction: Do not serve PHF stored in cooler to the public. Discard PHF's out of temperature.
