    Observation: Observed that flour was being stored under the sanitizer bucket next to prep area in kitchen
    Correction: Prevent BIOLOGICAL CROSS-CONTAMINATION by food ( flour ) away from sanitizer .

    Observation: Consumer self-dispensing bulk food bin containing flour is not properly labeled.
    Correction: Bulk food that is available for consumer self-dispensing shall be prominently labeled with the following information in plain view of the consumer: 1. the manufacturer's or processor's label that was provided with the food or, 2. a card, sign, or other method of notification that includes the information specified in this section.

    Observation: There was no temperature measuring device located in the small cooler next to ice cream prep area.
    Correction: Provide a temperature measuring device in all hot or cold holding equipment used to store potentially hazardous foods so that employees can routinely monitor the ambient air temperature.

    Observation: Containers of griller cleaner are not properly stored ( next the disposal gloves) to prevent the contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens or single service items.

This food establishment is approved to serve food to the public. This inspection report could be used as a food permit until official hard copy certificate be mailed.
Please provide paper towels dispenser with towels at all handwashing sinks, provide thermometer in all refrigerators and freezers (install them at the equipment warmer part), install hooks for employees clothing storage.
