This inspection was conducted in response to a fire that occurred in the oven. Staff used a dry powder extinguisher to put out the fire. All food and unprotected single service items exposed to the fire suppressant have been discarded. Food contact surfaces and equipment exposed to the suppressant have been washed, rinsed and sanitized. Establishment may reopen.

    Observation: Vent filters in the hood system are not being maintained in a clean condition. In addition there is a significant accumulation of grease in the hood system ducts.
    Correction: Maintain hood system vent filters in a clean condition.
