Health permit posted & visible. Note: Monitor walk-in cooler & make-table for an adequate product holding temperature of 41 degree Fahrenheit or below. When walk-in cooler door is opened a big rush of warm air enters. Product temperature fluctuations were found in the walk-in cooler & the make-table.
