Living adult cockroach found in metal food bin in cooler. Evidence of harborage conditions exist at facility. Pest control required. Received pest control paperwork from "General Pest Control Co." that states treated for rats, mice and roaches. Continue pest control. Also, repair handsink, as it is turned off because it leaks. Facility must be cleaned more frequently and prper attention placed of food contamination.
