The above observations and the following were discussed with the person in charge: -The 3 compartment sink is overflowing onto the floor. Advised PIC that the plumbing under this sink can be directly connected under each basin as long as an air break is provided under the sanitizer basin of the sink or in the main connection. Handout provided. Floor tiles have been misplaced in this area due to water damage. Replace the tiles as needed once the repairs to the sink have been made. -No food prep observed during this inspection. Kitchen and equipment observed to be very clean during this inspection, great job! Inspection conducted as an opening for Tiny Toes Creative Learning Center. The following was discussed with the person in charge: -All items listed on the pre-opening inspection have been corrected. -Thermometer and gloves provided. -If using the quaternary ammonium sanitizer by the mop sink, ensure test strips are provided. Bleach sanitizer test strips provided to measure the sanitizer used in the 3 compartment sink. Facility appears to meet the minimum requirements of state and/or local regulations. This inspection was conducted as a pre-opening inspection for Tiny Toes Creative Learning Center. The following items need to be corrected prior to the issuance of the permit. -Hot water in the handsink needs to measure at a minimum of 100'F. The water in the 3 compartment sink should measure at a minimum of 110'F. -Test strips required for bleach and quaternary ammonium sanitizers. -Clean the interior of the reach in cooler. -Replace the blown light bulbs in the kitchen. Light measured at 12 foot candles. -Rearrange the labels on the 3 compartment sink to read: wash, rinse and sanitize. -Replace the vent over the stove.
