    Correction: Discard or return food products once the packaging is damaged or is in bad condition. Food packages must be in good condition to protect the integrity of the contents so that food is not exposed to adulteration or potential contaminants.

    Observation: One sippy cup was observed in a state of disrepair and damaged. Broken mouthpiece. PIC discarded.
    Correction: Repair the sippy cup to restore a state of condition that allows for proper operation, accuracy, functioning, maintenance, and cleanability per Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter. If unable to repair the sippy cup, replace it with one that meets the specifications of Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter.
