This Mobile Food unit is operating without a valid permit as this is not the Mobile Unit that the permit was issued to. According to the owner, the permitted Mobile unit was damaged in an accident in July 2013. Permits are not transferable (12 VAC 5-421-3660) and plans for construction (or conversion) of a new food establishment must be submitted for review and approval before construction or conversion of a food establishment (12 VAC 5-421-3600). Owner agreed to bring this unit into compliance within 7 days. The unit had been closed down for the day and was at the commissary at the time of this inspection.
