Critical: Food - Potentially Hazardous Food - Cold Holding* (corrected on site) (repeated violation) Observation: Sandwich refrigerator cold holding at improper temperatures. There is no food in this unit.
Correction: Do not use this refrigerator untill the temperature on the front thermometer is 37 degrees F or below. Relocate food to a refrigeration unit that is capable of maintaining food storage at 41°F or below.
Equipment, Utensils, Linens, and Single-Service and Single-Use Articles Observation: Single service items were found stored less than 6 inches above the floor.
Correction: Store all food and single service items in a clean, dry location where not exposed to splash, dust or other contamination at least 6 inches above the floor. Adjust the lower shelves to at least 6 inches above the floor so that is it possible to clean under the shelving.

Have something in all refrigerators that can be temped with a stem thermometer. All items must be 40 degrees F or below. Supply quaternary ammonia test strips. Have soap and paper towels in dispensers at all hand sinks Have all single service and food items at least 6 inches above the floor.

Sanitizing Solutions, Testing Devices Observation: There is no properly working test kit provided in the facility for monitoring the concentration of the chemical sanitizing solutions.
Correction: Obtain a @SANITIZING AGENT@ test kit so that employees can accurately monitor the concentration of the sanitizing solutions and maintain them at a safe and effective level.
Handwashing Cleanser - Availability Observation: Soap was not provided at the hand washing lavatory in the @Location@
Correction: Hand soap must be provided at all hand washing lavatories to encourage proper hand washing. Hand cleanser must always be present to aid in reducing microorganisms and particulate matter found on hands.
Hand Drying Provision Observation: No continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel has been provided.
Correction: Hand drying devices such as individual disposable paper towels, a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel or heated air hand drying device must be provided at all hand washing lavatories to encourage proper hand washing and avoid employees to drying their hands on their clothing or other unclean materials
