The salad prep unit has been out of temperature on several inspections and needs to be replaced as it is unable to maintain food at the proper temperature. The table top cooler where the sauces are kept does not keep food at proper temperatures. Time must be used as a control for the sauces until the unit is repaired or replaced. The permit for this establishment will not be renewed until the refrigeration issues are resolved.
