    Observation: raw pork and raw beef stored on counter and cold holding at improper temperatures. manager stated that it was there for one hour.
    Correction: Relocate food to a refrigeration unit that is capable of maintaining food storage at 41°F or below. Ensure cooled to 41 within 3 hours.
