Observed end of lunch. Good clean up once it was completed. Discussed handwashing and prevention of barehand contact. Discussed cooling and set up an ice water bath for one soup and the other was set in a shallow pan and loosely covered on the top shelf of the refrigerator.

The fridge does appear to be working, though lowering the temperature may help with it being opened and closed often during preparation. Discussed cleaning and sanitizing. Make sure that soap bubbles are fully rinsed off of items before placing into the sanitizer after being washed. Good job keeping the facility clean. Discussed keeping the cat out of the kitchen that serves the public. Only meals being done are with book club meetings. Soups and salads have been the menu. Discussed switching the kitchen to the one upstairs. This would provide better control of keeping the cat out of the kitchen. Please turn in a plan review for this change.
