| The purpose of inspection was to respond to a fire & rescue dispatch concerning a fire that had been started in the mulch surrounding the TGI Friday’s restaurant in Leesburg. The smoke from the mulch had filled the restaurant and set off the smoke alarms. The manager and staff wiped down all surfaces, thrown away exposed food and of rewashed glasses, plates, silverware, etc. Clearance to re-open was given at that time. | A complain was received stating the complainant got sick after eating at TGI Fridays at Fort Evans Rd, Leesburg. The person had BBQ chicken flatbread and All American stacked burger with fries on 3/14/14. The manager was unaware of any complain and had not received any complain in the month of March. As per the manager, 17 BBQ chicken, flatbread and 24 All American stacked burgers were sold on 3/14/14. No other complains were received. As per the manager no employee had called out sick in that week. The complainant did not visit the doctor and no stool test was done. Hence, the complain was addressed and not found.
