Suggest lowering the thermostat in the right low cooler to provide better cold holding temperatures during warm weather months. Make sure not to overstock items in the serving line wells. Cold cut combo was the only item overstocked and it comes packaged with deli tissue paper between portions. The paper acts as an insulator, further affecting the cold holding of this product.
