This facility was found to be very clean throughout, with excellent safe food temperatures. Kudos to management and staff.
  • Cloths - Wiping Cloths - Use Limitation
    Observation: A bucket of sanitizing solution with wiping cloths was observed stored on the floor.
    Correction: Containers of sanitizing solution with wet wiping cloths shall be stored off the floor.
  • Refuse - Maintaining Refuse Areas and Enclosures (corrected on site)
    Observation: Plastic bags of trash and degraded cardboard were observed on the concrete pad adjacent to the refuse container outside the facility.
    Correction: The refuse container storage area and grounds adjacent to the container are to be maintained clean and sanitary.
  • Mops - Drying Mops
    Observation: A mop was observed stored in a position that prevented air-drying. .
    Correction: Wet use maintenance items such as mops must be hung in a position that allows them to air dry so they are not allowed to grow contamination which can then be spread through the establishment at the next use.
