This inspection was prompted by a complaint that a customer became ill after eating here on 2/25/2015. During the inspection visit employees were observed washing hands numerous times. All employees were wearing hair restraints. The Person-in-Charge stated that all employees received hand wash training prior to shift start today. All food temperatures were found to be within code requirement. This facility was observed to be very clean and tidy. Facility is very organized and very well managed.
