| Inspection conducted as an opening for Sheetz #545. The above observations and the following were discussed with the person in charge: -Employee health policy. -Bleach sanitizer used in the dishmachine. Measured at 50 ppm during the inspection. -Ensure all equipment is washed, rinsed and sanitized prior to use. Facility has approval to order food for the kitchen. Permit was not issued as facility does not have the Certificate of Occupancy from the building department. Please notify the health department once the CO has been issued for issuance of the Health Department Permit. No violation noted during this evaluation. | 06/09/2014 | Routine | |
| Inspection conducted as a pre-opening for Sheets at Massaponax. The following areas need to be corrected prior to issuance of permit: -Clean and sanitize all equipment and utensils prior to use. -Ensure all shipping plastic is removed from new equipment. -Provide handwashing signs and paper towels at all handsinks throughout the facility including the restrooms. -Water observed on the floor by the dump sink along the line. Plumber is replacing the elbow going into the drain today to stop water from pooling on the floor. Drain line will also be installed today for the ice bin on the line. -Observed gaps in the hood vents over the fryer. Discuss with the fire department during the inspection today. -Observed ice build up on the freezer drawers. Repair as needed. -All equipment in the drive thru was not turned on at the time of inspection. Ensure coolers measure at 40'F and below. -Ensure dumpsters are provided prior to the follow up inspection.
