Discussed adding the self closure device to the bathroom door. Asked the operator to confirm with the property owner which well is suppling water to the facility. Provide shielded light bulbs in the kitchen. Provide specification sheets for the equipment utilized in the facility. Provide handwashing signs at all handsinks in the facility. Seal back concrete floor and provide coven at the floor wall juncture in this area. Ensure the wall beside the back handsink is smooth and easily cleanable. Review employee health policy with all food handlers. Have air thermometers in all refrigeration and food thermometers onsite. Review glove use and handwashing practices with all employees. Operator agreed to call the health department before expanding food handling and preparation processes in the facility other than what was provided.. Detail clean facility prior to opening.
