This visit was made to conduct a change of ownership inspection. This visit was made to conduct a change of ownership inspection. Prior to merge (re-opening), the following items require correction: 1. The waste line for the food preparation sink is directly drained and shall be properly plumbed to provide an indirect drainage with a minimum of a 1 inch air gap. 2. The dry storage room located upstairs has not been approved for storage. Walls are constructed of dry wall, ceiling is bare wood, exposed duct work, and un-marked plumbing. Dry storage items (single service products) shall no longer be stored in this room or provide adequate finished surfaces to comply with the 2013 Food Code. Floors, walls, and ceilings shall be constructed of non-absorbent, smooth, durable,and easily cleanable surfaces. Items shall not be stored under plumbing fixtures or exposed duct work. 3. Lighting in the produce walk-in refrigerator are either not properly covered or not working (burnt out light fixtures) and shall be repaired and properly covered. 4. Clean produce walk-in cooler walls and ceilings. 5. Lighting in the dairy walk-in refrigerator are either not properly covered or not working (burnt out light fixtures) and shall be repaired and properly covered. 6. Walk-in freezer floor has an accumulation of dust and debri and shall be cleaned and maintained. 7. Walk-in freezer ceiling has ice build-up and shall be cleaned and maintained. 8. Three light fixtures in the salad display refrigerator are not currently working and shall be replaced and maintained.
