Facility normally open Fridays and Saturdays throughout summer. Menu: all raw frozen product with exception of pork butts used for bbq. Frozen items go straight from freezer to deep fryer. Discussed cooking temperatures. Consumer Advisory not used. PFG main vendor. BBQ is cooked onsite. Discussed cooking procedures and temps and cooling methods and temperatures. Reminder to cool 135 - less 70 degrees in 2 hours. Reminder on 7 day use for RTE foods.

PFG is main food vendor and occasionally uses Restaurant Depot. Discussed items for routine inspection. Fire extinguisher and fire suppression last checked on 3/2011. Facility not operating at time of inspection. PFG is main supplier. Facility open Friday through Sunday for lunch and Friday and Saturday for dinner. PIC stated hamburgers will not be served undercooked. Most foods cooked from frozen state. Hamburgers may be thawed. Hamburgers/cheeseburgers, philly steak, chicken sandwiches, chicken wraps, corn dogs, club sandwich, fries, salads, soft serve ice cream, yogurt and scooped ice cream. Soft serve machine not operating at time of inspection. Employee information available and Form 1B signed by employees.
