Observation: The walk-in shelving is not sufficient in number or capacity to meet the food storage demands for frozen food. Boxes are piled up throughout, with boxes in the back inaccessible.
Correction: Provide additional shelving (durable and easily cleanable, eg dunning racks). Current arrangement does not allow for proper air circulation and/or heat transfer.
