The purpose of this visit is to conduct a routine inspection. Employee Health policy in place. Sanitizer observed within acceptable limits. Facility has test kit for sanitizer. Supplier invoices reviewed during inspection. Observed several employees washing hands during inspection. There are no critical violations observed during today's visit. Thank you.
