    Observation: One light out in the storage area and in the two door refrigerator.
    Correction: Provide at least 10 foot candles at a distance of 30 inches from the floor in the walk-in refrigeration units and dry storage areas and in other areas and rooms during periods of cleaning.

    Observation: Ceiling vent not working in the men's restroom in the back bar area.
    Correction: Provide mechanical ventilation that is sufficient enough to keep rooms free of excessive heat, steam, condensation, vapors, obnoxious odors, smoke and fumes

    Observation: Premises are not being routinely inspected for evidence of pests. Mouse droppings found in the cabinets at the bar, below area where liquor is stored.(clean up droppings and contact the exterminator)
    Correction: Inspect premises on routine basis for the evidence of pests. . Insects and other pests are capable of transmitting disease to man by contaminating food and food-contact surfaces.

    Observation: Mops and brooms not hung up to air dry.
    Correction: Wet use maintenance items such as mops must be hung in a position that allows them to air dry so they are not allowed to grow contamination which can then be spread through the establishment at the next use.

    Observation: Containers of chemicals are not properly stored to prevent the contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens or single service items.
    Correction: Containers of chemicals must be located in an area that is not above food, equipment, utensils, linens or single service items.
