All deficiencies noted on previous inspection report dated 2/24/15 have been corrected with the exception of the following: Outer openings protected but with temporary materials -Provide commercial grate weather stripping or caulk. 3 basin sink not properly caulked -Caulk. Equipment in need of detail cleaning -Cold box and exterior refrigeration unit. Light shield broken- Replace. Approved for permit.
No violation noted during this evaluation.
05/07/2015Routine
All items noted during the previous inspection have been corrected. Food prep occurring during this inspection. Owner indicated that it was for training purposes and not to be sold or served to the public - do not serve food prepped prior to permit to general public.
Reviewed and provided employee health information to PIC on 10/22 - train staff as needed.
Wash, rinse and sanitize all food contact surfaces prior to starting operations.

No violation noted during this evaluation.
