Observation: The interior surfaces of the mechanical warewashing machine are soiled with limescale that may decrease the effectiveness of the unit.
Correction: Use a brush to help remove limescale deposits from the interior surfaces and doors to maintain unit performance.

Observation: Condensation on walk-in cooler ceiling around rear sprinkler head.

Observation: The wash temperature of the high temperature sanitizing ware washing machine is not meeting the manufacturer's specifications. The minimum temperature is 150 while the actual temperature was 143.
Correction: Adjust wash temperature to manufacturers specs, and/or repair / replace temperature display, sensors, etc. as needed. Note: PIC states that digital temperature display is not accurate, i.e., final rinse is rinse, rinse is wash? as per service tech.

- Backflow Prevention Device, Design Standard
Observation: The mop sink water line to the chemical mixer / dispenser lacks a backflow or backsiphonage prevention device identified as meeting standards set by the American Society of Sanitary Engineering. The double-check valve was installed on the hose line rather than on the chemical mixer line.
Correction: Relocate the double-check valve from the mop sink hose line to the chemical mixer / dispenser water line.
- Toilet Rooms - Closing Toilet Room Doors
Observation: Door closer" on employee restroom is not self-closing.
Correction: Replace "door closer" on employee restroom with an approved self-closing door closer.
