    Observation: Need working food thermometer, saw one not calibrated properly and one not working.
    Correction: Calibrate food thermometer according to manufacturer's specification as necessary to ensure accuracy

    Observation: Noted bottom shelf of reach in freezer dirty needs to be cleaned . Freezer needs to be thawed out and cleaned. .
    Correction: Clean the surface at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues that become encrusted or attract insects and rodents.

    Correction: Have the license holder require employees or applicants report to the person in charge any information about their health and activities if they are diagnosed with or had a past illness from Salmonella Typhi, Shigella spp., Escherichia coli O157:H7, Hepatitis A virus or Norovirus

    Observation: No door or open door between smoking and non-smoking areas. Noted door propped open between smoking and none smoking room . Keeps doors closed, doors also need to be self cleaning
    Correction: A door that meets the requirements of the Uniform Statewide Building Code must be installed between the smoking area and non-smoking area of the restaurant.
  • Sanitizing Solutions, Testing Devices
    Observation: Need chlorine test strips. none could be found in the facility. .
    Correction: Obtain a chlorine test kit so that employees can accurately monitor the concentration of the sanitizing solutions and maintain them at a safe and effective level.
  • Critical: Warewashing - Manual & Mechanical Warewashing Equipment, Chemical Sanitization - Temperature, pH, Concentration & Hardness* (corrected on site)
    Observation: Noted 3 compartment bar sink set up wrong ( sanitizer set up next to wash) third compartment empty and no sanitizer in use had probably evaporated . Went through wash rinse and sanitize procedure and set up 3 comp sink.
    Correction: Adjust the chlorine sanitizing solution to a level of at least 50 parts per million when the pH is at 8 or less and the water temperature is 75°F.
  • Plumbing System Maintained in Good Repair
    Observation: a) Noted plumbing leak at the rinse station of the bar 3 comp sink . b) Noted faucet hot water in men's room is not working.
    Correction: Plumbing systems and components shall be maintained in good repair.

    Correction: Maintain physical facilities in good repair. Poor repair and maintenance compromises the functionality of the physical facilities.

    Observation: Employees or applicants are not aware of the reporting procedures concerning information about their health as they relate to the symptoms caused by illness, infection, or other source that is associated with an acute gastrointestinal illness or a lesion.
    Correction: Have the license holder require employees or applicants report to the person in charge if they are experiencing the following symptoms or conditions: (1) diarrhea, fever, vomiting, jaundice, or sore throat with fever. (2) A lesion containing pus such as a boil or infected wound that is open or draining and is on the hands or wrists, unless an impermeable cover such as a finger cot or stall protects the lesion and a single-use glove is worn over by an impermeable cover or on other parts of the body, unless the lesions covered by a dry durable, tight-fitting bandage.
  • Temperature - Food Temperature Measuring Devices - Provided
    Observation: Noted food thermometer not working needs to from 0 to 220.
    Correction: Obtain at least one food temperature measuring device so employees can properly monitor the temperature of food items in the establishment.
  • Non-Food Contact Surfaces (repeated violation)
    Observation: Noted ice machine baffle inside ice machine had some dirt/mold on it.
    Correction: Clean unit.
