Observation: Observed a hose attached to a faucet fixture. The hose extended below the flood rim level of the sink basin.
Correction: Install an approved backflow prevention device or alter the length of the hose to provide the necessary separation between the water supply and the flood rim level of the sink basin. The minimum allowable separation distance must be at least 2x the diameter of the water supply inlet and at least 1 inch.

Observation: Unlabeled sauces in squeeze bottles. Dessert pizza topping observed unlabeled in a lexan container.
Correction: Label working containers with the common name of its contents. Consumers may be allergic to certain foods or ingredients. The mistaken use of an ingredient when the consumer has requested that it not be used may result in severe medical consequences. Liquid foods and granular foods may resemble cleaning compounds. The mistaken use of food from an unlabeled container could result in chemical poisoning.

Correction: Store the pizza paddle in a clean, dry location where not exposed to splash, dust or other contamination at least 6 inches above the floor. Do not store clean items in the crevice between the wall and sink's drainboard.

Correction: Provide an easily readable thermometer so employees can accurately read the thermometer.

Observation: Employee restroom door is propped open.
Correction: Keep toilet room doors closed except when cleaning or during maintenance operations to prevent insect and rodent entrance and the associated potential for the spread of disease.
