Product already removed from three door fridge and placed in another unit holding at proper temp. No phfs stored in Cold tech prep unit. Refrigeration unit temps monitored and servicer to be called if unit temp remains elevated. Facility recommended for permit. Food permit, copy of receipt and copy of application issued.
