Observation: The bottom metal shelves in the janitors closets are less than 6" off the floor. A cleaning hazard exists.;Alter the installation of the equipment to allow easy floor cleaning. Elevate bottom shelves to a minimum of 6 inches off the floor.

Observation: The mop sink water lines to the chemical mixers / dispensers lack backflow or backsiphonage prevention devices identified as meeting standards set by the American Society of Sanitary Engineering.

All of the food is prepared at Tyler Elementary School and transported in Crescors. Temperatures are taken twice and logged daily. There is one upright refrigeration unit and a milk cooler.
