    Observation: The bottom metal shelves in the janitors closets are less than 6" off the floor. A cleaning hazard exists.;Alter the installation of the equipment to allow easy floor cleaning. Elevate bottom shelves to a minimum of 6 inches off the floor.

    Observation: The mop sink water lines to the chemical mixers / dispensers lack backflow or backsiphonage prevention devices identified as meeting standards set by the American Society of Sanitary Engineering.

This facility is a serving kitchen. All of the food is prepared at Tyler Elementary School and transported in Crescors. Temperatures are taken twice and logged daily. There is one upright refrigeration unit and a milk cooler. No other violations noted during today's visit.
