3) 3 compartment sink chlorine sanitizer @ 100ppm.
4) Facility is clean & well maintained.

  • Non-Food Contact Surfaces (corrected on site)
    Observation: The nonfood contact surface of the door gaskets of the small stainless steel Reach in Cooler has accumulations of grime and debris.
    Correction: Clean the surface at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues that become encrusted or attract insects and rodents.

1) Install hand sink.
2) Repair hot water heater.
3) Provide equipment thermometers for all cold holding units (refrigerators/freezers).
4) Provide Chlorine test kit (proposed Chlorine sanitizer).
5) Submit Satisfactory Water Sample (1/19/2013 - Last sample on-file).
6) Install grease trap - recommended due to facility on septic drainfield.
