Observation: Rice scoops improperly stored between uses.
Correction: Store rice scoop in a clean bin / pan what is cleaned and sanitized every 4 hours

Observation: Food stored on the floor in the walk-in refrigeration units.
Correction: Store food on approved shelving units, dunnage racks, pan racks, and/or carts with castors or 6" approved legs.

Correction: Alter the installation of the coolers to allow easy floor cleaning. Make one of the following corrections: 1. Install casters, install approved 6" legs, or seal the equipment to the floor with access for cleaning & maintenance.
