This summer feeding site is pending to a follow up inspection.
All alleged violations and corrections were discussed with the CFM, in addition to the proper cooling of temperature control for safety (TCS) food. It was recommended to use time as a public health control for TCS food, the procedure/implementation was explained to the CFM.
  • Critical: Hands and Arms - Clean condition*
    Observation: Food employees are not washing hands properly before serving food to the public.
    Correction: Inform all food employees to keep their hands and exposed portions of their arms clean.
  • Critical: Food - Potentially Hazardous Food - Cold Holding*
    Observation: Chicken and tuna salad sandwishes cold holding at improper temperatures
    Correction: Discard the food and ensure that potentially hazardous foods for cold holding are maintained at 41°F or below to inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria.
  • Hand Drying Provision
    Observation: No disposable towels were provided at the hand washing lavatory
    Correction: Hand drying devices such as individual disposable paper towels, a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel or heated air hand drying device must be provided at all hand washing lavatories to encourage proper hand washing and avoid employees to drying their hands on their clothing or other unclean materials
